When reporting a problem, include your device model, operating system version, app version, the screen where the issue happened, what you expected, what actually happened, and steps to reproduce it.
Screenshots can help when they do not contain private information.
For privacy questions, correction requests, or deletion requests related to support emails you sent us, contact support@ninja2d3d.com.
Because the mobile app does not create Ninja2D3D user accounts, most app preferences are stored locally on your own device.
For notification issues, tell us whether notifications are enabled in the app and in your device settings.
For ad or rewarded-ad issues, include the screen, approximate time, and whether the ad failed to load, closed early, or did not unlock the expected entertainment content.
Do not send passwords, payment information, betting slips, government IDs, bank documents, or unnecessary personal documents.
Ninja2D3D does not provide betting, payment, gambling, or account-balance support.
